LeBron James tries to create a handshake with Jaylen Brown as fans say they have bigger issues to fix

L eBron James made his preseason debut with the Sixers, and fans were naturally watching him and his new team closely . They quickly noticed that LeBron is used to doing things a certain way and has already started bringing some of his habits to Philadelphia. However, there are still areas that need improvement before the season gets underway.

One thing that could not be missing was his signature handshakes, and he was seen practicing one with Jaylen Brown. Brown appeared nervous but excited about the chance to share an iconic handshake with LeBron. James is known for having personalized greetings with several people, so becoming part of that group likely felt special for Brown. Still, t he handshake needs some work.

The Sixers have bigger issues to address

Beyond the handshake, Philadelphia's preseason performance showed that the team still has plenty to figure out. The Sixers tried to build their offense around James' playmaking, but the approach came with several bumps along the way. With the season approaching, there is still work to do.

The team's individual talent is well documented, but its success will also depend on how well its starting five plays together. Having skilled players is one thing; making them work as a unit is another challenge the Sixers must address.

LeBron is focused on setting up his teammates

James appeared more interested in creating opportunities for others than looking for his own shots. He focused on showing the different ways he could set up teammates for easy baskets, putting his playmaking at the center of the offense.

That has put the spotlight on how Philadelphia's starting lineup will function offensively. While James is already showing what he can bring to the team, the Sixers still need to find the right balance and build chemistry among their starters before the regular season begins.
