Angel Reese blows Caitlin Clark away in one specific, important stat category
No one thinks Reese is a better player overall, but she's had more success in a specific setting.

Heading into their third season in the WNBA , both Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese still had a lot to prove. Despite both making back-to-back All-Star Games to start their professional careers, there were still doubts surrounding both of their offensive games; particularly in regards to efficiency.
Neither took a gargantuan leap in their third season, but both made strides with their overall game. Both also helped their teams make the playoffs, with Reese doing so in her first season with the Atlanta Dream . Clark couldn't get past the first round, but Reese played a crucial role in the Dream advancing through the first two rounds.
In reality, it's impossible to compare the two given that they're totally different players and play different positions. That will never stop the comparisons, though, especially because they've been happening since college. Now, their playoff success is the topic of conversation .
Angel Reese is yet to lose a playoff game, while Caitlin Clark has only won one
As if wins can only be attributed to one player, instead of a whole team, a stat has emerged that paints Reese in a very positive light compared to Clark . She's never lost a playoff game, while Clark has lost 80% of hers .
Obviously, the stat is very misleading. Reese didn't participate in the playoffs during her first two seasons, but has now gone 4-0 in this postseason. Meanwhile, Clark's Indiana Fever lost two of three games against the Las Vegas Aces this year, and got swept by the Connecticut Sun in Clark's rookie season, bringing her total playoff record to 1-5 .
