Viral post claims Clark and Reese had lunch together
A post on X began circulating quickly after claiming that Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese were seen having lunch together in Europe following their FIBA World Cup triumph . The image shows both stars sitting at a restaurant table, apparently sharing a meal and smiling during the encounter.
The message accompanying the photo read:
“After winning the FIBA World Cup, Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese were spotted together enjoying a European lunch.”
However, several elements in the image raise questions about its authenticity. The photo shows a sign with the words “Greenwich Village,” a reference associated with New York and not a location in Europe .
