Caitlin Clark has revealed that Taylor Swift is a fan of her latest Nike signature sneakers, adding another layer of excitement to a release that’s already attracting plenty of attention.
The Indiana Fever star recently debuted the “Friendship Bracelet” Caitlin 1s, a special edition inspired by one of the most recognizable traditions from Swift’s Eras Tour.
The design takes its cues from the colorful friendship bracelets exchanged by fans at Swift’s concerts, blending the pop star’s influence with Clark’s growing presence in basketball culture.
Asked about Swift’s reaction to the shoes on Friday, Clark kept her answer brief but telling.
“Taylor likes them,” she said with a smile.

Following those shows, Swift sent Clark several bags of Eras Tour merchandise, along with a note describing the basketball star as “inspiring to watch from afar.”
Their friendship has continued to grow, with Clark later joining Swift in a VIP suite at Arrowhead Stadium to watch Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs. Clark has also invited Swift and Kelce to attend an Indiana Fever game.
Now, that friendship has become part of Clark’s footwear line.
Clark believes the shoes could appeal particularly strongly to young girls, although she hopes the design will attract everyone. She also acknowledged that demand could be high.
“I feel like these will probably be a hot commodity,” she said.
Fans have already echoed that prediction online. Some have joked that Swifties could make it difficult for basketball supporters to secure a pair, while others have predicted that the shoes could become one of Clark’s biggest releases yet.
