Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell just proved why they are one of the most dangerous duos in the league.

Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell once again showed why they have become one of the most feared duos in the WNBA . The two Indiana Fever stars delivered a spectacular performance against the Toronto Tempo on Sunday, leading a dominant victory that produced new records along the way.
The Fever controlled the game from start to finish in a 103-85 win , fueled by a combined 61 points from their two standouts. Clark shone with 28 points, six rebounds, and 14 assists, while Mitchell had an explosive night with 33 points , including an impressive performance from beyond the arc where she drained 7 of her 11 three-point attempts.
With the win, Indiana improved to 27-14 and remains in the hunt to secure one of the top four seeds in the WNBA standings heading into the final stretch of the season.
Clark and Mitchell keep breaking WNBA records
Beyond dominating on the court, Clark and Mitchell continue to write history. Both extended their own record as the duo with the most games in a single season in which each player scores at least 20 points, now reaching 20 such contests .
“Kelsey Mitchell and Caitlin Clark extended their WNBA single-season record with 20 games of 20 or more points each,” the Indiana team highlighted, even declaring that there is “no better perimeter duo in the history of the league.”
Clark also reached a new personal milestone by recording her 10th game with at least 25 points and 10 assists — a mark that, according to the Fever, surpasses any previous total by a player in WNBA history.
Meanwhile, Mitchell had a historic night by becoming Indiana’s new franchise leader in three-pointers made in a single season. She also surpassed the single-season scoring record previously held by A’ja Wilson of the Las Vegas Aces.
Wilson had set the mark in 2024 with 1,021 points, but Mitchell has already reached 1,034 points, becoming the new benchmark for scoring in a season in the league.
The connection between Clark and Mitchell continues to grow and has transformed the Fever into one of the most dangerous teams in the WNBA heading into the playoffs.
