The Indiana Fever will need a short memory. After their Game 1 loss to the Las Vegas Aces, they are on the brink of elimination in the WNBA playoffs .

The spotlight is on Caitlin Clark after her difficult first game. The guard finished with 15 points, 10 assists and 3 rebounds , but she committed 6 turnovers and struggled with her shot: 6 of 17 from the field and 3 of 10 from three.

The other big question is whether the back injury she has been dealing with for months is affecting her performance. Indiana has already released its injury report.

Clark is listed as probable because of her back issue, so everything points to her playing. Aliyah Bosto n is also listed as probable, with a lower right leg injury.

Ty Harris will not be available: she has been ruled out for the playoffs with a lower left leg injury. Damiris Dantas, the backup center, will not play either; she underwent knee surgery that ended her 2026 season.

Indiana's injury report against Las Vegas:

Aliyah Boston: Probable (lower right leg)

Caitlin Clark: Probable (back)

Damiris Dantas: Out (left knee)

Ty Harris: Out (lower left leg)

The Fever arrive nearly at full strength for the most important game of the year

Indiana needs to win to keep its championship dream alive; a loss would mean elimination. Having Clark and Boston available is key, since together with All-Star Kelsey Mitchell they form the trio that shapes the team's fate.

In Game 1 , Clark and Mitchell struggled with their efficiency, one of the reasons the Fever fell behind early and never managed to recover.

Now they will have to show a different version of themselves. In the regular season they beat Las Vegas in two of three meetings, although the Aces come in with two straight wins over them.

It all comes down to whether Clark , Boston and Mitchell show up in the decisive moments. If all three connect, Indiana will have a great chance to extend the series and force a Game 3 .
