Lexie Hull had a day that looked quite different from her usual routine with Indiana Fever . Lexie Hull had her own night at the ballpark
The event took place on August 27, during the game between the Indianapolis Indians and the Columbus Clippers , in the middle of her commitments with the Fever. The day was dedicated to the player, giving her the opportunity to connect with her fans.
Hull was given the honor of throwing the game’s ceremonial first pitch. From the mound, she took the ball and sent it toward home plate, taking on a very different role from the one she usually has on the basketball court.
Indiana Fever’s official account also shared photos of the moment on social media , documenting Hull’s appearance at the game.
Then it was time to return to the WNBA
On Friday, August 28, one day after that special appearance, Indiana Fever hosted Connecticut Sun . Before the game, Lexie Hull once again stood out with her fashion choice, arriving in a sparkling pink dress.
Once on the court, Indiana earned a 111-91 victory . Hull finished with 7 points, 6 rebounds and 2 steals in 24 minutes , contributing in several areas to help the Fever secure the win.
A break that comes after a strong moment
The victory over Connecticut takes on special significance as it becomes Indiana’s final game before the WNBA break, established to accommodate the 2026 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup .
The pause will give Hull and the rest of the Fever several days before returning to competition. Their next game is scheduled for September 18, when Indiana visits the Toronto Tempo at Coca-Cola Coliseum in Canada .
