If there was ever any beef between Paige Bueckers and Caitlin Clark, it’s safe to say the World Cup is helping smooth over any tension that may have existed between the two players.
The tournament has been serious business for Team USA, but there’s still plenty of room for the players to have fun and build chemistry.
During warmups before facing Italy, the players were seen joking around while going through strength and conditioning exercises.
With six of the 12 players on the roster under 25, this group is pushing the youth movement even further, bringing a fresh attitude, plenty of goofiness and, of course, high-level basketball.
