Sophie Cunningham defends Sydney Sweeney’s revealing sports ad but questions one major detail

Sophie Cunningham does not understand why some women are criticizing Sydney Sweeney over her revealing sports advertisement.

“Why are girls mad? That is literally what she does,” Cunningham said, arguing that the campaign was designed around a formula guaranteed to attract attention.

“Men, sports, naked women. Of course that’s gonna draw attention,” the WNBA star added before offering Sweeney her support: “Go do your thing, sis.”

However, Cunningham admitted that one part of the advertisement felt inauthentic. She questioned Sweeney’s connection to sports, suggesting that the actress appeared to be entering a world she is not genuinely involved in.
