Champions 26-27 schedule: match times for Real Madrid and Barcelona

UEFA published this Saturday the schedules for the eight matchdays of the Champions League league phase. In other words, the five Spanish teams ( Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atlético, Villarreal and Betis ) already know when and against whom they will play in each of the matchdays.

Thus, Real Madrid will make their debut against Inter at home (21:00) on Tuesday, September 8, Barcelona against Feyenoord also at home (18:45) on Wednesday, September 9, Atlético will visit Anfield (21:00) on Wednesday, September 9, Villarreal will play against Dortmund away (21:00) on Tuesday, September 8, and Betis against Lille away from home (21:00) on Tuesday, September 8.

After the draw held last Thursday, in which each team learned who their eight opponents would be, it remained to find out the times and dates on which they will face each of them. The matchday dates, which were already known, are as follows:

Matchday 1: September 8–10, 2026

Matchday 2: October 13/14, 2026

Matchday 3: October 20/21, 2026

Matchday 4: November 3/4, 2026

Matchday 5: November 24/25, 2026

Matchday 6: 8/9 December 2026

Matchday 7: January 19/20, 2027

Matchday 8: January 27, 2027

Playoff dates and matchups

As in previous years, the top eight teams in the league phase will qualify directly for the round of 16. The teams placed between ninth and twenty-fourth will play a playoff from which the other eight round-of-16 qualifiers will emerge. This playoff will be played on February 16/17 (the first-leg matches) and February 23/24 (the second-leg matches) in 2027.

Round of 16: March 9/10 and 16/17, 2027

Quarter-finals: April 6/7 and 13/14, 2027

Semi-finals: April 27/28 and May 4/5, 2027
