Lionel Messi has revealed the special Argentina jersey he will wear for the final game of his legendary international career.
The farewell kit keeps Argentina’s iconic sky blue and white colors but adds gold details around the collar and sleeves. Messi’s name, the AFA crest and his famous No. 10 also appear in gold, while rays inspired by the Sun of May surround the number on the back.
Messi shared the jersey with the message, “Final game, a shirt for a lifetime.” The 39-year-old will wear it against Benin on October 6 at the Monumental in Buenos Aires, bringing more than two decades with Argentina to an emotional end.
