Messi links up with Casemiro, the king of headers, to neutralize Lewandowski in MLS
It was a match between former Barcelona stars, with Messi and Luis Suárez at Inter Miami, and Robert Lewandowski at Chicago Fire

Leo Messi provided an assist and Casemiro scored with a header his third consecutive goal, but Inter Miami could do no better than a 1-1 draw in their visit to Lewandowski's Chicago Fire at Soldier Field in the twenty-fourth round of the MLS.
Soldier Field, which averages close to 20,000 spectators per game, was packed with more than 63,000 fans to see Messi live in the Windy City.
It was a match between former Barcelona stars, with Messi and Uruguayan Luis Suárez at Inter Miami, and Poland's Robert Lewandowski, Fire's star signing this summer.
Lewandowski's goal was not missing , as after 10 minutes he broke the deadlock with a wonderful volley following a cross from left back Andrew Gutman.
The Pole has scored seven goals in his new spell in MLS and found the net in his last three matches.
Inter Miami's response came right at the start of the second half. Messi delivered a left-footed cross from a corner kick and Casemiro scored his third consecutive header with the Herons shirt .
There was controversy at the Fire because the last touch in the play that led to the corner kick came from Germán Berterame, as the cameras clearly showed. The referee did not see it and from the following corner, Casemiro leveled the match.
Inter Miami, still awaiting the work visa for their new coach Kily González, and with Guillermo Hoyos on the bench in Chicago, pushed hard, but came up against the monumental home goalkeeper Chris Brady.
For the Fire, it was the fourth consecutive draw, while Inter Miami won only one of their last seven matches across all competitions
There was no shortage of intensity at Soldier Field and, in the final stretch, sparks flew between Lewandowski and the Argentine Rodrigo De Paul .
