Cristiano Ronaldo set to leave Al-Nassr sooner than later claims plugged-in Saudi Arabian journalist
The Saudi Pro League club only made one major signing during the last transfer window, and they are now going through a bit of a rough spell.

Everything looked fine and dandy with Cristiano Ronaldo and Al-Nassr heading into the summer break. The 41-year-old footballing legend helped the club win its first Saudi Pro League title since 2019.
Coming off of a season in which he bagged 28 goals in 30 league matches , everything was going swimmingly. But the summer transfer window didn't go as planned. Faced with financial constraints , the club only made one major signing, Ronaldo's Portuguese teammate Samu Costa .
Al-Nassr's concerning inactivity in the transfer market has already rubbed Ronaldo the wrong way in the past; so much so that he literally went on strike for a couple of weeks while protesting the club's decisions last season . That was already a red flag for the player's future with the club, and now it seems that Ronaldo could be looking for a way out, sooner than later.
Cristiano Ronaldo could leave Al-Nassr in January, possibly for Sporting CP reunion
According to prominent Saudi Arabian journalist Saud Al-Sarami , he believes Ronaldo will leave Al-Nassr during the January transfer window .
This comes a day after Al-Nassr got destroyed by Al Ain 4-0 in the AFC Champions League group stage. Fans are already trying to identify what Ronaldo's next destination could be.
Naturally, Sporting CP appears to be the most logical option. A return to the club where he started his career would be the perfect ending to an incredible career.
