P aige Spiranac has given fans an early Halloween treat, stepping into the world of Scooby-Doo with a costume inspired by one of the animated series' most recognisable characters.

The 33-year-old golf influencer shared the look on social media on October 29, and followers were quick to identify the familiar purple outfit and red hair.

Spiranac revealed that the costume was part of a larger Halloween project, suggesting there is more content on the way before the holiday weekend.

“You know I love to dress up for Halloween! Have a very special episode coming out this Friday. Who do you think I dressed up as?,” she wrote.

Although she left the character unnamed in her caption, many fans quickly settled on Daphne Blake , the fashionable member of Mystery Inc. known for joining Fred, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby-Doo on their adventures.

The response was immediate, with followers praising the costume and its details in the comments.

“The red hair is so good,” one fan wrote on Instagram.

“You look like Daphne, from Scooby Do!!!,” another commented.

A third added: “What a beauty”

The enthusiasm reflects Spiranac's ability to combine her golf profile with pop-culture content that resonates with her online audience.

Halloween has become a regular opportunity for her to experiment with recognisable characters, and her latest transformation has generated fresh interest ahead of her promised Friday release.

From Halloween costumes to a major golf competition

Spiranac's latest appearance is also arriving during a busy period for the former collegiate golfer, who is competing in the second edition of the Internet Invitational.

The creator-led tournament, organised by Barstool Sports alongside golf personalities associated with Fore Play and Bob Does Sports, has expanded significantly for 2026.

The competition features 64 participants and a $4 million prize pool, up from the $1 million offered during its inaugural edition in 2025.

Last year, Spiranac reached the championship match with her three-player team but finished as runner-up after losing to the eventual winners. The experience has given her a returning role in a competition that blends golf, entertainment and the personalities behind popular online channels.

The tournament is being released as a series of lengthy YouTube episodes rather than through a conventional live television broadcast. The opening instalment arrived on Monday, October 26, while the second episode was scheduled for Thursday, October 29.

With the prize money and expanded field raising the stakes, the event gives Spiranac another opportunity to attract attention beyond her usual social-media posts.

More Halloween surprises could be coming

The Daphne-inspired look may not be Spiranac's final costume of the season. Her caption teased a special episode for Friday, while fans have continued speculating about what other characters she might portray.

Spiranac has previously embraced cosplay and familiar entertainment figures for Halloween, making the annual celebrations a recurring feature of her online presence.

Her costume choices offer a different side of her public profile, moving away from golf instruction and tournament appearances toward playful, themed content.

The timing also allows her to build anticipation for the holiday itself, which falls on Saturday, October 31, this year.

For now, the reaction to her Scooby-Doo look has made Daphne Blake the latest character to capture her followers' attention. Whether Friday's release brings another costume, a longer themed video or something entirely different remains to be seen.

With Halloween approaching and the Internet Invitational underway, Spiranac has plenty of opportunities to keep fans engaged both on and off the golf course.
