Footage of Brian Hickerson’s wild 2025 arrest at a West Hollywood bar is getting new attention just weeks after the death of Hayden Panettiere.
The video shows Hickerson on the floor underneath a table before police pull him up and place him in handcuffs. He then appears to spit to the side while surrounded by officers.
The incident happened at Barney’s Beanery in August 2025, where witnesses alleged Hickerson had broken a glass and thrown a shoe at another customer. Prosecutors ultimately declined to file charges from that incident due to insufficient evidence.
The footage is resurfacing as Hickerson faces renewed scrutiny following Panettiere’s death.
Her death remains under investigation, and Hickerson has not been named a suspect.
