Eric Bauza's final social media post has left his biggest fans heartbroken
Bauza was a renowned voice actor and animator with a stunning amount of experience and success.
Hollywood is in mourning this week, as news surfaced on Monday that Eric Bauza has died due to complications from hypertensive heart disease. Tributes poured in from a wide variety of his former coworkers and figures in the animation industry.
Bauza was a renowned voice actor and animator. The amount of movies, shows, and video games he took part in is almost impossibly long to list. He was best known for his work on Looney Tunes , Teen Titans Go! , and The Adventures of Puss in Boots . He also worked on The Fairly OddParents , where he developed a close friendship with Tara Strong .
Following his death, fans went to his social media to check what the last thing he posted was. It was beautiful in a sense, but also heartbreaking. Bauza's voice portraying Bugs Bunny played over the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) announcements in New York City .
Bauza's caption read: " This is the closest to performing on Broadway I'll ever get hahaha ". In a way, perhaps Bauza was signaling that his time was coming to an end, but fans are wondering if being on Broadway was one of his bucket list items that he couldn't get to.
Bauza is survived by his wife Jessica and their son. He was 46 years old when he passed away.
