Heidi Klum celebrated the 25th anniversary of her famous Halloween party with another extraordinary transformation, arriving in New York City dressed as a gigantic, bloodied severed hand.
The German-American supermodel once again demonstrated why she has earned her reputation as the Queen of Halloween as her elaborate costume featured realistic veins, rotting flesh and a bloody wrist, with Klum 's head positioned in the center of the enormous hand.
The replica even included details from her real left hand, including her green stone wedding ring and the tattoo reading "Tom" in honor of husband Tom Kaulitz as Klum made a dramatic entrance at Cathedrale Restaurant at Moxy East Village .
Arriving in a truck covered with red "DANGER" signs as actors wearing yellow hazmat suits then helped her out, completing the theatrical presentation of her gruesome appearance.
The 53-year-old had been teasing the costume on social media for a week, offering followers glimpses of the prosthetics and disturbing details involved in the transformation.
Earlier previews showed what appeared to be decaying flesh and exposed internal organs, while another photograph featured a mannequin seemingly made to her measurements.
