K en Urke r, the former fiancé of Gypsy Rose Blanchard and father of her daughter, has died suddenly at 34, with the circumstances surrounding his death still unclear as news of his death emerged on October 1 . Ken was reportedly found unresponsive inside a Louisiana home on his birthday on Thursday, and according to reports, Gypsy had sent a birthday message but became concerned after receiving no response.
Her brother, Dylan , and his wife reportedly went to check on him and discovered him unresponsive and no official cause of death has been publicly confirmed as of Friday, October 2. Gypsy later spoke about the loss, describing herself as devastated and saying she could not think clearly after learning what had happened and hinted he was facing struggles with his mental health. “I’m in disbelief. I can’t think. I’ve screamed until my throat burns,” Gypsy told PEOPLE. “I don’t know if it was intentional or not. He was not in a good state of mind lately. “Ken was an amazing father and a man who was deeply loved. He will forever be my soulmate and my red string, a connection that time, distance, and even death can never erase. Above all, Ken loved our daughter, Aurora. "She is a beautiful reflection of his enduring spirit, and through her, a part of him will always remain with us. I will make sure she grows up knowing how deeply her father loved her and who he was beyond what strangers on the internet chose to say about him.”
