Dyna Mitte , the mother of actor RJ Mitte , who died last October 12 at the age of 34 , has shared in an interview with NBC News her shock following her son's death. Her representative confirmed that he died by suicide. " If I had known anything and could have done something differently, I would have, truly . I would have given my life for his. I want him to be remembered for all the wonderful things he did in life and for all the people he impacted," she explained.'
Dyna Mitte revealed in the aforementioned interview that in recent months she had offered her son to go to therapy, since he was going through a difficult time. "I kept trying to get him to go, but he told me he was fine and that he could handle the situation. I should have dragged him there screaming" , she explained. The mother of RJ Mitte found the actor at his home when she went to bring him lunch. She called him at eleven in the morning and he no longer answered. "We all go through moments of great pain throughout our lives and each of us faces it differently ," she stated.
