Salma Hayek had an early birthday surprise for Jimmy Fallon, but the cake came with one very important Mexican tradition.
In the middle of the show, Salma brought out a birthday cake and introduced Jimmy to “La Mordida.”
The tradition is simple: the birthday person takes a bite directly from the cake, usually with their hands behind their back.
But Jimmy was about to discover the most important part.
As he leaned in for a bite, Salma pushed his face straight into the cake, leaving him completely covered in frosting.
