The Oscar-winning actor, 71, was photographed shopping with Jennifer Milburn , 40, at an Albertsons near his California property, with witnesses describing the pair as “extremely affectionate.”
They reportedly picked up steaks, vegetables, cereal and grapefruit juice before leaving together, a routine errand that quickly became a source of speculation because of Costner ’s recent dating history and the apparent familiarity between them.
What is known is that Milburn has built a career far removed from Hollywood, despite moving in circles that occasionally overlap with Costner ’s world.

Milburn is based in Aspen, Colorado, where Costner owns his 160-acre Dunbar Ranch. Her professional background is varied.
She has worked as a Delta flight attendant, modeled for local brands and spent nearly six years with Kemo Sabe, the high-profile western retailer that has become a regular stop for celebrities visiting Aspen.
She now works remotely as director of partnerships for Simon Sinek’s The Optimism Company, according to her LinkedIn profile. That Aspen connection has inevitably added fuel to the speculation surrounding the pair.
Costner has been a longtime presence in the area, while Milburn ’s work with Kemo Sabe placed her inside one of Aspen’s more recognizable lifestyle businesses.
When contacted about whether she and Costner were dating, Milburn reportedly declined to engage and ended the call.
Costner's personal life guarded since divorce
Costner finalized his divorce from Christine Baumgartner in 2024 after an 18-year marriage that ended in a highly public legal dispute.
The former couple share three children — Cayden, Hayes and Grace — while Costner has four other children from previous relationships. Since the split, the actor has been linked to several women.
He was briefly the subject of rumors involving Jennifer Lopez after the two were seen in Aspen, although nothing substantive emerged from the sighting.
