The Sussexes' comeback falls apart: Reports say Harry and Meghan are living separate lives in the United Kingdom
Harry and Meghan have been married for eight years since May 2018

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly moving in different professional directions following their return to the United Kingdom , with sources suggesting their first joint appearance in Nottingham may be an exception rather than the trend.
The couple reportedly relocated from Montecito , California , in late August with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet , whilst their October 15 appearance marked their first joint public engagement in Britain since leaving the country six years ago.
"Harry and Meghan have reached a point where their individual ambitions are taking them in quite different directions,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “And they're no longer approaching their professional lives as a package deal. Harry remains deeply invested in charitable causes, supporting veterans and maintaining the kind of public-service role he's always considered central to his identity.
“Meghan, meanwhile, is increasingly focused on building her own commercial ventures, exploring opportunities in entertainment and establishing herself independently of the royal institution. Their return to Britain hasn't changed those fundamental differences.
“If anything, it's made them more apparent because they're now trying to establish two distinct careers while adjusting to a completely different family environment. They are now living essentially separate lives as Harry is comfortable being the public face of charitable initiatives, whereas Meghan wants greater freedom to pursue projects that interest her personally, without feeling obligated to accompany him everywhere.
“That inevitably means spending more time working separately, attending different events and operating within different professional circles. It's a significant departure from the united public partnership people became accustomed to seeing during their time as working royals.”
Meghan and Harry's joint appearance amid rumors of discontentment
Despite reports of diverging ambitions, the Sussexes presented a united front during their Nottingham visit, meeting well-wishers and attending engagements, including a stop at the Community Recording Studio .
And a body language expert named Judi James believes Harry appeared keen to keep Meghan moving as she spent time talking to members of the public, as she compared the interaction to moments involving Prince William and Kate Middleton .
Kate has lingered with fans and William has playfully signaled impatience and according to James , speaking to Hello!, Meghan 's decision to engage with supporters as a sign of her popularity, while Harry 's gestures appeared to reflect an effort to keep the visit on schedule.
James also described their clasped hands and relaxed movements as signs that they were comfortable receiving attention as the appearance, in her view, nevertheless offered no confirmation that the couple's professional paths are converging again.
