New Costco Kirkland signature products: Everything that will be hitting the shelves
The newest launches include electrolyte sticks, rice crackers, pain au chocolat and organic matcha

C ostco’s Kirkland Signature label has long been one of the biggest reasons members keep returning to the warehouse chain, and the latest wave of new products is giving shoppers even more to look for.
Seven newer Kirkland Signature items have recently appeared across Costco ’s beverage, bakery, snack and prepared-food sections. Some are practical additions designed for everyday convenience, while others lean firmly into the treat-yourself category.
Availability and prices can vary by warehouse, but early shopper reaction suggests several of the new arrivals could quickly develop the kind of loyal following already enjoyed by Kirkland staples such as olive oil, peanut butter pretzels and coffee.
One of the most talked-about launches is Kirkland Signature Hydration Electrolyte Drink Mix. The $24.99 pack contains 40 individual sticks split between strawberry watermelon and lemon lime flavors.
A Costco reviewer praised the value, writing: “Half the price of the average comparable packets. Good taste and less salt than the typical 1000 mg of other brands.”
New snacks and lunches drawing attention
Costco has also introduced Kirkland Signature Chicken Sandwiches on Pretzel Buns, which combine sliced chicken, Swiss and cheddar cheese, lettuce and Dijon mustard.
“I’ve been having them for lunch every day the last two weeks, love em!” one Reddit user wrote.
The 32-ounce Kirkland Signature Rice Crackers assortment has also become an early favorite. The mix includes wasabi crescents, chili mochi, sesame teriyaki mochi, soy sticks and miso nori rounds.
“These are AMAZIIIIING. I picked up a bag and can’t stop eating them,” one shopper said.
Another prepared option is Kirkland Signature Honey Sesame Chicken with Noodles, a meal kit containing breaded chicken bites, noodles, vegetables and two packets of honey sesame sauce.
“It was a lot of food. We fed 3 adults and had enough for a single lunch,” one Reddit reviewer wrote.
Two eye-catching additions
The bakery section has added Kirkland Signature Mini Pain Au Chocolat, sold in 20-count packages and baked in-house.
Shoppers have recommended warming them before eating, with one reviewer saying the pastries become “slightly crispy” while the chocolate turns “all melty.”
Another new bakery arrival is Cherry Berry Sourdough Bread with Pecans, made with dried tart cherries, blueberries, cranberries and pecans.
One shopper said the bread was “delish,” while others suggested slicing it thin and toasting it for charcuterie boards with cheddar or goat cheese.
Costco has also entered deeper into the matcha market with Kirkland Signature Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder. The 12-ounce bag has been priced around $28.99.
“Best of the best,” one Costco reviewer wrote. “[You] won’t find better price for such a good quality anywhere else.”
The launches show Kirkland Signature continuing to stretch well beyond traditional bulk basics.
Costco members now have new options spanning hydration, lunches, snacks, bakery treats and specialty drinks, and judging by the early reaction, several may not stay under the radar for long.
