Video surfaces showing Pamela Cisneros moments before deadly Times Square police shooting

New video shows Pamela Cisneros moments before she was fatally shot by NYPD officers following a deadly stabbing attack in Times Square. Police say the 49-year-old Queens woman stabbed two people in separate, apparently random attacks just seconds apart. A 32-year-old woman died from her injuries, while a 68-year-old man was hospitalized in stable condition. Officers later confronted Cisneros as she held two knives and repeatedly ordered her to drop them. Police say Tasers failed to stop Cisneros as she moved toward officers with the knives. Two officers then opened fire, fatally shooting her. The NYPD is investigating the shooting.
