Paul Finebaum destroys Bill Belichick's character and makes bold prediction about his future: "He's a bully"
The famous college football analyst has lit into the much-maligned North Carolina head coach ahead of the 2026 season.

Heading into the 2026 college football season, most eyes are on the usual suspects: Texas , Ohio State , Notre Dame , and some other big schools. But many also have an eye on the North Carolina Tar Heels , for obvious reasons.
Bill Belichick 's first year in college football, in 2025, was an abject disaster. UNC looked ill-prepared for most games , and the program made headlines more because of Belichick's girlfriend, Jordon Hudson , than their performance on the field.
Before the 2026 season has even kicked off, UNC has been in the spotlight for the wrong reasons yet again . The university placed the football program's general manager Michael Lombardi, Belichick's good friend, on leave . He's still not working with the program with the season set to get underway soon.
Paul Finebaum says Bill Belichick will be fired before the end of 2026 UNC season
All of the warning signs have notable college football analyst Paul Finebaum expecting the worst in 2026. In fact, he believes Belichick won't make it to the end of the year at North Carolina . While explaining why, Finebaum also lit into Belichick's personality and character .
I'm not pulling for Bill Belichick. He's a grouch. He's a bully. And his career in college is about to go down in flames. He lost Michael Lombardi, his chief assistant and GM. His son disappeared from the staff a couple of weeks ago as defensive coordinator. It is mass chaos in Chapel Hill... I don't think Bill Belichick is going to survive until the end of the season.
Clearly, Belichick doesn't have a lot of fans right now, especially in the college football landscape. The only way to win any of them back is to start winning football games with the Tar Heels.
