Deshaun Watson gets fed up with Browns fans and unloads on his own fanbase after dealing with boos
Watson is finally letting the ravenous Cleveland Browns fans get to him, and it could mark a turning point in their collective era.

After the first preseason game, the Cleveland Browns quarterback competition seemed to be very much going in Deshaun Watson 's favor. He played relatively well, while Shedeur Sanders threw a rough interception.
More importantly, head coach Todd Monken liked what he saw from Watson in that first game. The second game, which took place on Saturday against the Buffalo Bills , was a whole other story. Watson struggled mightily, completing just 5-of-12 passes for 36 yards while also throwing an ill-advised interception . But the worst of it all had nothing to do with his performance.
Watson was playing in the second half, alongside backups around him - just as Sanders did in the first game. That didn't stop Browns fans from relentlessly booing Watson, which isn't the first time it's happened . But this time, it very much seems to have emotionally affected Watson.
Deshaun Watson fires back at Cleveland Browns fans who booed him at his worst moments
The 30-year-old spoke to the media after the game about the booing, and showed a frustration towards his own fanbase that hasn't been seen before .
I think you guys know, too. The whole world notices, it has nothing to do about the performance. It's a little bit more personal than that. So I think that's a disrespectful thing. I'm gonna keep whatever I feel with me and my family, internally on how I feel about that... Last time I played on this field I tore my Achilles, and that same fanbase they cheered when I got hurt. What does that have to do with anything about performance?
Watson appeared to be getting slightly emotional while saying those comments. He's clearly been affected by how the city has treated him, especially during his toughest moments.
