Dak Prescott more confident than ever he can end Dallas Cowboys trauma: "A lot of confidence"
The Cowboys quarterback is tired of hearing about three decades without a Super Bowl.

Dak Prescott is entering another Dallas Cowboys season carrying the weight of one of the NFL's longest and most discussed droughts.
Dallas hasn't reached a Super Bowl since winning it all after the 1995 season, a reality Prescott knows follows the franchise into every new campaign.
This time, though, the quarterback isn't backing away from expectations. Instead, he says his belief in the Cowboys ' chances is stronger than ever.
"There's a lot of confidence," Prescott said.
That confidence comes despite another offseason in which Dallas' inability to turn regular season success into a deep playoff run has remained one of the biggest talking points around the team.
Dak Prescott frustrated by Cowboys' 30-year drought
Prescott has spent his entire NFL career trying to become the quarterback who finally changes that narrative.
He admitted the constant reminders of Dallas' championship drought aren't easy to hear.
"It pisses me off," Prescott said.
The Cowboys quarterback understands why the issue continues to dominate conversations around the franchise.
Dallas remains one of the most recognizable teams in American sports, and every season without a return to the Super Bowl adds another year to the pressure.
Prescott hasn't tried to distance himself from that responsibility.
Instead, he appears to be embracing it.
Prescott believes Cowboys can finally change the story
The quarterback's confidence is significant because Dallas enters the new season once again facing questions about whether this group can succeed when the stakes are highest.
Prescott has produced some of the best regular-season football of his career, but postseason disappointment has prevented the Cowboys from reaching the NFC Championship Game during his tenure.
That remains the standard against which he will ultimately be judged.
Prescott , however, isn't entering the season sounding defeated by the history surrounding him.
His frustration with the drought is matched by a belief that Dallas has what it needs to finally end it.
"There’s a lot of confidence," Prescott said.
After 30 years of waiting, Cowboys fans have heard optimism before.
Prescott now has another opportunity to turn those words into something Dallas has been chasing for three decades: a genuine Super Bowl run.
