Dak Prescott ‘removes’ ex-fiancée Sarah Jane Ramos from latest post following allegations of infidelity
Ramos recently accused Prescott of repeatedly cheating, while the quarterback has kept public focus on their children
D ak Prescott ’s latest family post was simple on the surface as a father celebrating his two daughters. The timing, however, placed it squarely in the middle of renewed attention on his breakup with former fiancée Sarah Jane Ramos .
Prescott marked National Daughter’s Day by sharing photos of Margaret Jane Rose and Aurora Rayne on Instagram, writing: “Happy National Daughter’s Day, Daddy loves you, Girls 4ever.”
Ramos , the girls’ mother, didn't appear in the post. That absence comes only days after she publicly made her strongest accusation yet about the end of their relationship, claiming she had been “cheated on repeatedly.” Prescott hasn't responded directly to that allegation.
The latest round of attention began when a social-media account speculated that Ramos might be pregnant. She quickly rejected the claim.
“Hi everyone. Not pregnant!! Just very thick, eating again, and happier than I’ve been in a long time!” Ramos wrote. “That’s usually what happens when you aren’t getting cheated on repeatedly and finally leave a situation that makes you unhappy.”
Ramos also criticized the level of scrutiny around her life, writing: “I suggest all of you find something else to do with your free time because being this concerned with what I’m up to and if I’m pregnant is high key very weird and I’m pretty sure most of you need therapy.”
Her comments were the clearest public allegation of infidelity to emerge from either side since the engagement ended.
Prescott pushed back about the breakup
Prescott and Ramos split in March, only weeks before they were expected to marry. Reports around the breakup included claims of tension during a trip to the Bahamas and allegations that Prescott had communicated with other women.
When he addressed the split in August, he focused instead on what he called misinformation.
“There were a lot of false narratives out there on both of our sides,” Prescott said. “Yeah, it was an unfortunate situation for obviously everybody. More importantly, the kids. And so for me, it’s just about making sure I’m there in every which way for them.”
Daughters remain central point of contact
Prescott and Ramos were first linked in 2023 and are parents to Margaret and Aurora. Despite the breakup, the two have continued to appear committed to co-parenting.
They have reportedly come together for family occasions, including their younger daughter’s birthday, and Prescott has repeatedly spoken about how central fatherhood is to his life.
“I’m blessed to have the opportunity to raise two girls,” Prescott said in 2025. “It’s just about being grateful and not taking a moment for granted when I’m with them.”
His National Daughter’s Day post followed that same theme. There was no reference to Ramos , no mention of the allegations and no attempt to address the public fallout. Instead, Prescott kept the focus entirely on his daughters.
