Dak Prescott's ex-girlfriend, Sarah Jane Ramos, lashes out at him again after publicly revealing the quarterback's infidelity

Sarah Jane Ramos appears to be turning to faith and family as she moves forward following the end of her engagement to Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.

Ramos recently shared a photo on Instagram showing herself with the couple's two daughters at the beach, accompanied by a message about the importance of her family.

“A whole lot of love held together by Faith,” she wrote. “Our very solid little family. My girls, my rocks. Maybe the greatest thing I ever built was us.”

The post comes shortly after Ramos publicly addressed speculation about a possible pregnancy. She firmly denied the rumors and said she was happier after leaving a relationship in which she claimed she had been “cheated on repeatedly.”

The remarks have added to an already closely followed breakup between Ramos and Prescott . The couple called off their planned April wedding in Lake Como, Italy, in March, just weeks before they were due to marry.

At the time, a representative for Ramos described the decision as mutual and said there hadn't been a major argument or dramatic incident immediately before the split.

Reports later linked the breakup to allegations involving Prescott's communications with other women, although those reports remain allegations and the circumstances surrounding the split have been described differently by people connected to the former couple.

Prescott eventually addressed the breakup publicly in August, saying there had been “false narratives” on both sides.

Rather than going into detail about the relationship, he emphasized his responsibility toward their children and said his priority was being there for them.

Ramos ' latest comments also don't necessarily signal a complete breakdown in their relationship as co-parents.

According to a source cited by People, she still has love for Prescott , and the former couple remain friends while raising their two daughters, Margaret Jane Rose and Aurora Rayne.

“Sarah Jane also wants it understood that she and Dak are friends. They share two beautiful children and they have a tremendous amount of history,” the source noted.

“His actions were affecting her to a point where she felt both of them were unhappy. The timing of their breakup was not ideal, but Sarah Jane and Dak were not at a time or place where they felt like they could move forward.”

The former couple have continued to put their daughters at the center of their lives despite the end of their engagement.

Prescott has also made clear that the children are the most important consideration as both parents navigate the fallout from their separation.

Ramos appears to be concentrating on her family and moving ahead with her life, while Prescott remains focused on his career with the Cowboys. Their relationship may have ended, but their responsibilities as parents continue to keep them connected.
