Dak Prescott's ex-girlfriend takes another shot at the QB: She calls a family member of the player “the devil”!

A cryptic Instagram Story has fans wondering whether Ramos just sent another message to Prescott’s family

Dak Prescott’s former fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos , appears to have taken another pointed shot at the Dallas Cowboys quarterback’s family, adding to the public fallout following their breakup.

Prescott and Ramos ended their engagement in March 2026, just weeks before they were scheduled to get married in Italy. The former couple, who began dating in 2023, share two daughters, Margaret Jane Rose and Aurora Rayne.

While the split was initially described as mutual, the situation has become increasingly complicated in the months since. Ramos has made comments on social media that appeared to accuse Prescott of repeatedly cheating during their relationship.

Those claims haven’t been independently confirmed, while Prescott has said there have been “false narratives” surrounding the breakup.

Now, Ramos has seemingly directed some of that frustration toward someone in Prescott’s family.

Ramos recently shared an old photograph from a Cowboys game on her Instagram Story. The image showed people sitting in a suite, including an individual wearing a Prescott jersey.

Ramos placed a devil-face emoji over the person’s face, apparently suggesting that the individual was someone from Prescott’s family.

She didn’t identify the person or provide an explanation for the post, leaving followers to speculate about exactly whom she was referring to and why.

The breakup keeps making headlines

The latest social-media post comes after months of attention surrounding the former couple’s relationship. Prescott proposed to Ramos in October 2024, and their wedding was expected to take place in Italy before plans suddenly changed earlier this year.

At the time, Ramos ’ representative characterized the decision as mutual and said there hadn’t been a major fight or dramatic confrontation immediately before the breakup.

That narrative shifted after Ramos responded to online speculation about whether she was pregnant. In an Instagram comment, she denied the pregnancy rumors and appeared to reference infidelity, saying she was happier after leaving a situation in which she had allegedly been repeatedly cheated on.

Prescott has taken a noticeably different approach when discussing the breakup.

“I’ve got too many blessings to look at my trials,” said Prescott . “And I’m just super thankful to that opportunity that I have to be where I am and to have two amazing daughters, to be able to play the quarterback position for this organization and still inspire so many.

“Adversity is going to come. It’s inevitable. And if you know how to respond to it, you can respond to it consistently, you can get over it.”

He’s also indicated that his priority is being present for the couple’s two daughters rather than becoming consumed by the public speculation.

A source close to Ramos previously told People that she wasn’t trying to launch an attack against Prescott with her social-media comments. Instead, the source said she was standing up for herself after remaining quiet while various stories circulated about the breakup.

The source also said Ramos still has considerable affection for Prescott and that the pair remain focused on co-parenting.

Away from the controversy, Ramos is beginning a new professional chapter. She recently shared that she was taking a 30-hour Law of Agency course through Champions School of Real Estate, signaling a possible move into the real-estate industry.
