"I no longer put up with infidelity": Sarah Jane Ramos slams ex Dak Prescott in a bombshell post while denying pregnancy rumors

Sarah Jane Ramos has broken her silence after an Instagram post sparked fresh speculation about her personal life.

The former fiancée of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott dismissed rumors that she’s pregnant, but her response also contained a pointed accusation about the relationship that ended months before their planned wedding.

In a comment beneath a September 23 Instagram post from WAGs Unfiltered, Ramos wrote that she was “not pregnant” and explained that changes in her appearance were simply the result of eating again and feeling happier.

“Hi everyone. Not pregnant!!” she wrote. “Just very thick, eating again and happier than I’ve been in a long time. That’s usually what happens when you aren’t getting cheated on repeatedly and finally leave a situation that makes you unhappy.”

Ramos also pushed back against the intense interest in her body and private life. She suggested that people speculating about a possible pregnancy should find something else to occupy their time, making it clear that she wasn’t interested in entertaining further rumors.

The pregnancy speculation appeared to stem from a recent photo in which Ramos was pictured with one of her daughters. The original post didn’t provide direct evidence that she was expecting another child.

Ramos and Prescott already share two daughters, Margaret “MJ” Jane and Aurora Rayne , and have continued to focus on their children following their separation.

Ramos’ comments bring renewed attention to the breakup

The couple’s breakup became public in March 2026, only weeks before they were scheduled to marry in Lake Como, Italy, on April 10.

Ramos and Prescott informed their wedding guests by email, describing the cancellation as a difficult decision and asking for prayers. They didn’t publicly disclose the reason for ending their engagement at the time.

Reports later offered allegations about what had happened behind the scenes. Page Six reported that Ramos had allegedly discovered Prescott communicating with other women through incognito social media accounts.

The report also claimed she believed the quarterback had a history of similar behavior. Representatives for both sides were contacted for comment in coverage of the allegations.

TMZ separately reported that the former couple experienced serious tension during a joint bachelor and bachelorette celebration in the Bahamas. There was also speculation that a prenuptial agreement played a role in the breakup, although reports citing sources close to the situation disputed that explanation.

Prescott later described the circumstances surrounding the split as unfortunate and referred to what he characterized as false narratives surrounding both sides of the story. That response offered little additional detail about what caused the relationship to end.

Despite the messy public speculation, Ramos and Prescott have continued to share parenting responsibilities. The former couple eventually reached an agreement concerning custody of their daughters, resolving the dispute outside the courtroom.

Their respective lawyers emphasized that both parents remained focused on the girls’ well-being and were committed to making important decisions together.

The family has also been seen together on occasions involving their children, suggesting that co-parenting has remained a priority despite the end of their relationship.

Ramos has since used social media to share glimpses of her life with her daughters and her adjustment following the split.
