Sarah Jane Ramos is building her own empire after lashing out at the "unfaithful" Dak Prescott
Prescott’s former fiancée is turning the page with new career ambitions

Sarah Jane Ramos appears ready to enter a new chapter of her life, one that’s being defined by her own ambitions rather than her past relationship with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott .
Ramos has recently signaled an interest in real estate, sharing an Instagram Story showing the Law of Agency textbook for a 30-hour course through Champions School of Real Estate.
She wrote that she was “2/6th of the way through,” suggesting she’s already making progress toward a potential new qualification. The move adds another dimension to a career that has already included work in the wine and spirits industry.
She’s also taking on a more visible role in Dallas. Ramos was announced as the host of The Huddle Table, a dinner organized by the National Football Wives Association. The event gives her another opportunity to establish herself professionally and publicly while creating an identity that isn’t centered on her connection to Prescott .
That independence comes after an especially turbulent period. Ramos and Prescott began dating in 2023 and later welcomed two daughters, Margaret Jane Rose and Aurora Rayne.
Prescott proposed in October 2024, and the couple had planned to marry in Lake Como, Italy, in April 2026. However, the wedding was canceled in March, only weeks before the ceremony was scheduled to take place.
Ramos turns the page after a very public split
At first, Ramos ’ representative described the breakup as mutual and said there had been no major argument or dramatic blowup before the decision. The statement also emphasized that the former couple remained committed to raising their daughters together.
Prescott later addressed the situation himself, saying there had been “false narratives” surrounding the breakup. The Cowboys quarterback described it as an unfortunate situation and made clear that his focus was on being there for his children.
The public narrative became more complicated in September when Ramos responded to speculation that she was pregnant. She denied the claims and said she was happier after leaving a situation in which she alleged she had been “cheated on repeatedly.”
“Hi everyone. Not pregnant!! Just very thick, eating again and happier than I’ve been in a long time!,” she commented on Instagram.
“That’s usually what happens when you aren’t getting cheated on repeatedly and finally leave a situation that makes you unhappy. Hard for most of you money-obsessed people to believe, I know.”
Although Prescott wasn’t directly named in the comment, the timing and context led many followers to connect the remarks to their relationship. The allegations haven’t been independently confirmed.
Ramos ’ latest career moves suggest she’s determined to build something that belongs to her. Rather than allowing the breakup to define her next chapter, Ramos appears focused on creating her own path.
