“That goes for you as well, Dak”: Harsh advice for Sarah Jane Ramos and Dak Prescott after cheating allegations
The advice came days after Ramos accused the Dallas quarterback of repeated infidelity during their relationship
The end of Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos ’ engagement has become increasingly public, but Mike Fisher believes the focus now needs to move away from accusations and toward parenting.
Ramos recently responded to online speculation that she was pregnant by saying she wasn't expecting and was happier since leaving what she described as a relationship marked by repeated cheating.
“Not pregnant!! Just very thick, eating again, and happier than I've been in a long time!” Ramos wrote.
She then added that this was “usually what happens when you aren’t getting cheated on repeatedly and finally leave a situation that makes you unhappy.”
Children should come before the breakup
Eleven days after Ramos ’ comments, Fisher offered advice aimed at both sides.
“As a father of two sons who are the product of a divorce, I'm offering sincerity and not sarcasm as I serve up some unsolicited ‘broken-home’ advice to Sarah Jane Ramos,” Fisher wrote. “It's not about you. Oh, and Dak Prescott, that goes for you as well.”
His message centered on the former couple’s daughters, MJ and Aurora.
“Dallas Cowboys quarterback Prescott and his ex-fiancée have two baby daughters who deserve to be raised by parents who are wise and generous enough to prioritize the needs of the kids,” Fisher said. “Regardless of the pain felt by the parents.”
Prescott and Ramos began dating in 2023 and welcomed MJ in February 2024 before Aurora was born in May 2025.
Their wedding had been scheduled for April, but the engagement ended in March during a joint bachelor-bachelorette trip in the Bahamas. A message reportedly sent to wedding guests said they had made “the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding.”
Daughters remain Ramos' priority
Despite the public nature of the split, Ramos has also framed her daughters as the center of her life.
Last week, she shared beach photos with both girls and wrote: “A whole lot of love held together by Faith. Our very solid little family. My girls, my rocks. Maybe the greatest thing I ever built was us.”
That message lines up closely with Fisher ’s broader point. His comments were not about deciding who was at fault in the breakup, nor were they a defense of either side. They were about what comes next.
Prescott and Ramos remain tied together through their children, regardless of how their relationship ended. The cheating claim may continue to attract attention, especially while Prescott remains one of the NFL’s most visible players.
