When Tyreek Hill suffered a gruesome knee injury in Week of of the 2025 NFL season , there were real concerns about his future in the league. Hill was 31 at the time , his release by the Miami Dolphins seemed like a foregone conclusion, and no one knew when or if he would able to recover from such a catastrophic injury.
With the 2026 NFL season underway, Hill has started building up some hype around a potential return. Hill has posted some videos on social media showing that he still has his cutting ability and agility , which has sparked intrigue among fans. The wide receiver only fanned the flames with a post on Monday saying, " It's almost time to get off the couch and get to work ."
Tyreek Hill suggests he could sign with a cold-weather team
Now, two days later, Hill has gotten fans riled up once again with another social media post. This time around, he signals that he could potentially be trying to sign with a team up North - or at least one that gets colder than Miami: " I think I'm ready for some cold weather ."
Naturally, that has fans from many franchises dreaming big. From the Green Bay Packers to the New England Patriots to even his former team, the Kansas City Chiefs , a lot of fans are clamoring for their team to sign Hill.
No one really knows what he has left in the tank, but it certainly wouldn't be a surprise to see him on an NFL roster by the end of the season.
