A lot of times, the people working behind the scenes go unnoticed, and under-appreciated. Whether it be the marketing department, sales team, or social media group, everyone pitches in to make sure the season becomes a success. The Indianapolis Colts seem to understand that very well.
On Tuesday, the team made sure to show appreciation for a social media intern who has put in the hard work. Tight end Tyler Warren took the liberty of surprising the intern with truly fantastic news.

Warren approached the intern, who was filming him for content, and handed her a piece of paper. On it read, “ Promotion to Full-Time Employee, Valid for One Use Only. Officially Validated by: Tyler Warren .”
The intern was stunned and got emotional. Meanwhile, her coworkers and some players came up to her to congratulate her on her promotion . It was a heartwarming moment for the organization.
