London provided a different kind of stage for Simone Biles , who traded the gymnastics spotlight for a fashionable weekend in the British capital alongside her husband, Jonathan Owens .

The 29-year-old Olympic champion shared photographs from the couple's getaway on Instagram, drawing attention with a red leather mini-skirt, black top and carefully selected designer accessories.

Biles posed beside one of London's famous red telephone boxes and shared photographs of landmarks including Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the London Eye, alongside a picture of the couple traveling together in a black cab.

Working with designer Kelly Daley , Biles selected a trench-inspired two-piece outfit from British fashion retailer PrettyLittleThing, incorporating details that connected the ensemble to Owens' football career.

"Okay, we're in London. Here's the outfit for the game. I wanted to do a very London vibe, so I got this trench, two-piece set from PLT," she explained on TikTok.

The outfit featured Owens ' No.38 and his surname across the back, with Colts blue lettering outlined in silver rhinestones.

"So we put 38 here for my husband's number," Biles said while showing followers the customized design.

She completed the ensemble with diamond jewelry, including a necklace bearing the letter J, although she insisted another accessory deserved the most attention.

"This is not the star of the show," Biles explained. "The star of the show is actually the bag."

Her chosen accessory was a metallic Chanel handbag decorated with crystals, providing a finishing touch to the London-inspired game-day outfit.

Biles embraces life away from gymnastics

The Colts completed the occasion with a 30-13 victory over Washington, giving Biles another reason to celebrate the couple's visit to England.

Since competing at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Biles has remained away from competitive gymnastics without officially announcing her retirement, spending more time traveling and supporting Owens.

The couple married in 2023 after meeting through the dating app Raya in 2020 and have since established a home together in Houston.
