Biles and Owens sold their house less than a month after putting it on the market, leaving the Olympic champion with little time to say goodbye to the place she had called home for so long.
Inside the home’s final chapter
The property sold for between $1.08 million and $1.24 million, with the sale closing on October 15, according to the Houston Association of Realtors.
The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house sits on just over one acre in the gated Castle Court at Benders Landing Estates community, off Rayford Road.
