Simone Biles embarrasses Jonathan Owens by putting him in an awkward spot before the Colts game

Simone Biles has never hidden the closeness she shares with Jonathan Owens. On social media, she has made it clear that physical touch is part of her love language, and during her appearances on the sideline before games, she often uses that same language to give Owens some good luck.

Since Biles took over social media and fully embraced her WAG era, their interactions have often ended with a small tap or even a squeeze . This time, however, Owens felt embarrassed in the moment and chose to skip that final step before his game with the Colts.

The handshake suddenly became a little more complicated

Biles wasn’t afraid to keep the tradition going, but Owens appeared uncomfortable with the gesture because she wasn’t alone on the field. Her brother was also there , so Jonathan opted for just a cool handshake and awkwardly skipped the tap on Biles’ butt in front of her family.

What was just another normal moment for Biles before her husband’s game was not seen the same way by Owens or her brother, who found themselves caught in the middle of the awkward situation that fans found genuinely amusing.

Owens recently signed a one-year contract with the Indianapolis Colts and has played in all three preseason games, so the family is settling in for a year in the city. Simone Biles, the safety’s wife, attended the Colts’ 34-6 home defeat to the Atlanta Falcons on Saturday.

Biles’ brother has already joined her for another Indiana sporting event

This is not the first time Biles’ brother has been spotted alongside the gymnast. The two were recently seen in the Indiana Fever tunnel supporting Caitlin Clark. Now that Indiana is their home with the Colts, they took the opportunity to attend a WNBA game together and watch one of the league’s most famous franchises.
