Calls for Tyreek Hill to never play again following accusations by his ex-wife and amidst interest from the Chiefs: "Ban him"
Chiefs reunion talk grows as calls to punish Tyreek Hill intensify

Tyreek Hill’s NFL future is drawing attention both on and off the field, with some fans calling for the league to take action following disturbing allegations made by his estranged wife, Lakeeta Vaccaro Hill.
Vaccaro Hill has alleged that Hill became violent toward her beginning in January 2024. Her accusations include claims that he punched her in the stomach while she was pregnant, spat on her, pulled her hair, twisted her breasts, physically restrained her and threatened her life.
She has also alleged that he attempted to strike her stomach during a July 2024 confrontation and said he didn’t want to keep their baby. Hill has denied wrongdoing, maintaining that any physical actions were carried out in self-defense.
The allegations have now become part of a civil case in Miami, where Vaccaro Hill has described her account in court. She has also claimed that a nanny-camera recording captured violence involving Hill and her mother, while alleging that an effort was made to purchase the footage for a substantial sum.
The accusations have added another layer of uncertainty to Hill’s professional future at a time when teams could be considering whether to bring the veteran receiver back into the NFL.
Hill’s NFL future faces a major question
As more details surrounding the allegations have circulated, some NFL fans have demanded that Hill be suspended or permanently barred from playing.
Online reactions have included calls to “ban him,” along with criticism of teams that could potentially prioritize his football ability when making personnel decisions.
The controversy comes as Hill remains one of the most recognizable names available to teams looking for offensive help. His agent, Drew Rosenhaus , has indicated that discussions with teams are expected as Hill works toward an NFL comeback.
Kansas City has emerged as a potential destination because of Hill’s history with the Chiefs and his familiarity with Andy Reid’s offensive system and quarterback Patrick Mahomes .
A reunion could also make sense from a football perspective if Kansas City decides it needs additional depth at wide receiver. However, whether the organization would be willing to take on the scrutiny surrounding Hill is another matter entirely.
Hill’s football résumé remains impressive. He has recorded 819 receptions for 11,363 yards and 83 touchdowns during his NFL career, establishing himself as one of the league’s most dangerous playmakers when healthy.
His history with Kansas City was particularly productive, with the receiver spending his first six NFL seasons there before joining the Miami Dolphins.
There’s also a significant question about what Hill can contribute physically. He suffered a major knee injury in 2025 that included an ACL tear and has spent months working his way back.
The injury could make his eventual return more challenging, particularly at age 32, even before considering the off-field circumstances surrounding his potential comeback.
Hill’s next NFL chapter remains uncertain. Teams will have to weigh his proven production and explosive ability against the serious allegations surrounding his personal life, while the league’s response, if any, could become another important factor in determining whether he returns to the field this season.
