Chiefs could ignore Tyreek Hill and trade for younger wide receiver with more potential
It's fair to wonder how much Hill has left in the tank at this point in his career.

At this point, just about everyone expects the Kansas City Chiefs to be the team to sign Tyreek Hill . Hill has recently sparked intrigue with workout videos that paint his recovery from a gruesome knee injury in a positive light. His agent, Drew Rosenhaus , has been speaking with teams to try to work out a deal.
Nothing has materialized yet, but the Chiefs are now in dire need of wideout help. Tyquan Thornton was lost for the season in Week 4, and Rashee Rice is nursing a hamstring injury that could knock him out potentially for a game or two. Naturally, a reunion with Hill has been considered a strong possibility .
But ESPN's Dan Graziano threw some cold water on that notion this week, saying that " I'm not buying that Tyreek Hill is much of an upgrade over what they have at this point in his career ". There are many who thought Hill's NFL career was in serious jeopardy following his knee injury last season. He still isn't ready to play in a real game at this moment in time, and the Chiefs need immediate help .
Jerry Jeudy makes a lot of sense as a trade candidate for Kansas City Chiefs
With that in mind, a different name has come up. Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy has been considered a very logical option for the Chiefs. Jeudy is five years younger than Hill, fully healthy, and somewhat out of favor in Cleveland due to the team going all-in with their two high draft picks at wide receiver, Denzel Boston and KC Concepcion .
Jeudy would bring a speed element to the Chiefs offense that Thornton had brought. With Thornton out of the picture, Jeudy could slot right into his role . And it shouldn't take much to get him since he isn't a focal point of the Browns offense anymore.
