Is Taylor Swift at Broncos vs. Chiefs tonight? Denver's record with her in attendance
As fans wait to see if Swift arrives at Arrowhead, the Broncos hope to improve on their intriguing record when she's watching from the stands.
Taylor Swift has become a familiar face at Kansas City Chiefs games, making one of the biggest off-field questions resurface this Monday: Will she be at Arrowhead Stadium for Kansas City's season opener against the Denver Broncos?
As of Monday afternoon, the pop star's attendance had not been confirmed. Still, there's an interesting trend: every time Swift has attended a Chiefs-Broncos matchup, Denver owns a 1-2 record in those games .
Will Taylor Swift be at the Chiefs game?
As of now, there have been no confirmed sightings or reports of Taylor Swift at Arrowhead Stadium ahead of the Broncos-Chiefs showdown .
Kansas City hosts Denver on September 14 , with kickoff scheduled for 7:15 p.m. local time . The game marks the season opener for both teams and wraps up Week 1 of Monday Night Football .
Since going public with her relationship with Travis Kelce in 2023 , Swift has attended several Chiefs games. However, her schedule and the secrecy surrounding her appearances make it nearly impossible to know whether she'll attend until game day.
For now, the answer remains the same: she could be there, but nothing has been officially confirmed.
The Broncos are 1-2 when Taylor Swift is in the stands
To date, Taylor Swift has been publicly documented at three Chiefs-Broncos games, all of them played at Arrowhead Stadium.
Her first appearance came on October 12, 2023 , when Kansas City defeated Denver 19-8 . That night, Travis Kelce finished with nine catches for 124 yards.
She also attended the November 10, 2024 matchup, when the Broncos came within inches of pulling off the upset. Denver led 14-10 at halftime and had a chance to win with a late field goal, but Kansas City blocked Wil Lutz's attempt as time expired to escape with a 16-14 victory .
Denver's only win with Swift in attendance came on Christmas Day 2025 , when the Broncos beat the Chiefs 20-13 at Arrowhead. Bo Nix led the comeback before connecting with RJ Harvey on a one-yard touchdown pass with 1:45 remaining to seal the victory.
As a result, Denver owns a 1-2 record in Chiefs-Broncos games attended by Swift.
It's hardly a statistic that will change Sean Payton's game plan, but it does show that Swift's presence has hardly been a "curse" for the Broncos.
Taylor Swift has only attended this rivalry at Arrowhead
Another interesting wrinkle is that Taylor Swift has never been publicly spotted at a Broncos-Chiefs game in Denver.
In fact, some of Denver's biggest recent wins over Kansas City came without her in attendance.
Swift was not at the game when the Broncos snapped their 16-game losing streak against the Chiefs with a 24-9 victory on October 29, 2023 . She also reportedly missed Denver's 22-19 win over Kansas City in November 2025 .
In other words, the Broncos have beaten the Chiefs both with Taylor Swift in the stadium and without her.
The real storyline on Monday, however, is whether Denver can continue its rise to the top of the AFC West . The Broncos enter the season as the defending division champions, while Kansas City is looking to bounce back after a disappointing 6-11 campaign .
If Taylor Swift shows up at Arrowhead, the cameras will undoubtedly find her. But the Broncos will be far more focused on leaving Kansas City with another victory than on who's sitting in one of the stadium's luxury suites.
