Taylor Swift Unfiltered: The popstar loses her cool and swears over controversial call against the Chiefs
Swift was visibly furious when replay review wiped out a potential game-ending turnover

Taylor Swift had already spent most of Sunday night riding the emotional swings of a tense Chiefs-Colts matchup. Then came the overtime replay decision that briefly convinced Arrowhead Stadium that Kansas City had been denied a game-winning turnover.
New footage showed Swift reacting in disbelief after officials overturned a fumble recovery that initially appeared to end the game in the Chiefs’ favor.
As the ruling was announced, Swift appeared to mouth: “That’s bulls***.”
The clip quickly spread online, adding another layer to a chaotic finish that had already left players, commentators and fans struggling to process what they had seen.
Replay review flips game on its head
The pivotal play came in overtime when Indianapolis completed a deep pass to Laquon Treadwell .
Treadwell went to the ground, got back up and continued running. Chiefs defender Nohl Williams then knocked the ball loose, and Kansas City recovered.
The initial ruling treated Treadwell as a live runner, meaning the Chiefs appeared to have forced a game-ending turnover. Then came the review.
Officials determined that L’Jarius Sneed had touched Treadwell on the hip while the receiver was down and had possession, making him down by contact before the ball came free. The decision drew immediate disbelief inside the stadium.
“Absolutely insane! Wow!” NBC announcer Mike Tirico said. Cris Collinsworth was just as stunned.
“I've never been a part of a game where anything like that happened to decide the game,” Collinsworth said. “Wow!”
Swift ’s reaction mirrored the frustration around the stadium, especially after Kansas City had already started celebrating what it believed was the winning play.
Indianapolis suddenly had possession back and a chance to steal the game.
The Colts moved within striking distance, but the drive stalled after consecutive Jonathan Taylor runs lost yardage and Daniel Jones was unable to create enough on third down.
Coach Shane Steichen ultimately settled for a field goal. That left Patrick Mahomes with one more possession, and Kansas City needed only three points.
Mahomes delivered. He drove the Chiefs into range, and Harrison Butker converted a 40-yard field goal to seal the 33-30 win.
Swift’s night full of emotion
The overturned fumble was not the only moment that put Swift on camera.
Travis Kelce finished with nine catches for 101 yards and a touchdown, producing his first 100-yard game since the 2024 AFC Divisional Round.
After Kelce scored, Swift celebrated wildly and appeared to point to her wedding ring while saying: “That’s my husband!”
By the end of the night, she had gone from celebrating one of Kelce ’s best performances in years to raging at an overturned call, then finally watching Kansas City escape with the win anyway.
The Chiefs got the result. Swift still made sure everyone knew exactly what she thought of the ruling.
