Travis Kelce enthusiastically supports Caitlin Clark on Instagram as Taylor Swift's fandom reacts
The Kansas City Chiefs star showed his appreciation for Caitlin Clark's latest Nike collection

T ravis Kelce has offered Caitlin Clark a short but enthusiastic message of support on Instagram, drawing attention from fans following the Indiana Fever star's latest social-media post.
Clark shared a collection of photos on Saturday highlighting her life away from the basketball court, including multiple versions of her signature Nike Caitlin 1 shoe and a cereal product connected to her identity as one of basketball's most prominent three-point shooters.
“Just a very ordinary day on set,” Clark wrote on Instagram.
Kelce quickly noticed the different colorways of Clark's signature shoe and responded in the comments with a message that made his enthusiasm clear, as he used four fire emojis and said: “Every color!!!”
The exchange comes at an interesting point in Clark's season. The Fever have returned from the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup break with their postseason push in full swing, and Clark immediately looked comfortable in her first game back.
Indiana defeated the Toronto Tempo 103-85 on Friday, improving to 27-14. Clark finished with 28 points, six rebounds and 14 assists, recording another double-double as the Fever secured their third consecutive victory.
The official Fever recap confirmed that Clark's 14 assists were part of a dominant offensive performance alongside Kelsey Mitchell , who scored 33 points and broke the WNBA's single-season scoring record.
The victory also marked the Fever's eighth win in their last 10 games, putting them in an important position heading into the final stretch of the regular season.
Caitlin Clark's connection to Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift
Kelce's interaction with Clark also attracted attention because of her well-known connection to his wife, Taylor Swift .
Clark has previously attended Swift's concerts in Indianapolis, while the basketball star has also been seen around the Chiefs.
She was spotted in the same VIP suite as Swift during Kansas City's matchup with the Detroit Lions in 2025, bringing together two of the biggest names in American sports and entertainment.
The relationship between Clark and Swift has become part of the wider cultural attention surrounding the Fever guard. Clark has established a major profile outside basketball through endorsement partnerships and her Nike signature line, while Swift remains closely connected to Kelce and the Chiefs.
Kelce himself has recently been at the center of plenty of attention during Kansas City's season. Swift attended the Chiefs' September 14 game, her first Kansas City game since marrying Kelce, and watched from a star-studded suite alongside family and friends.
On the court, however, Clark's attention is now firmly on the Fever's postseason ambitions.
Her 28-point performance against Toronto came after she and teammate Aliyah Boston helped Team USA win its fifth consecutive FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup title. Clark therefore returned to WNBA action almost immediately after another major international achievement.
The Fever's victory was particularly notable because of Mitchell's record-breaking performance. Mitchell's third-quarter three-pointer took her season total beyond A'ja Wilson 's previous WNBA single-season scoring mark of 1,021 points, giving her 1,034 for the campaign.
Clark's 14 assists, meanwhile, showed that her impact extended beyond scoring. She helped orchestrate an Indiana offense that entered the final portion of the regular season among the league's most productive units.
The timing of Kelce's Instagram comment also means Clark's latest fashion and business ventures are receiving attention while her basketball profile continues to grow.
The Caitlin 1 has become another part of her expanding brand, and the Instagram shoot gave fans a look at several different versions of the shoe.
For the Fever, there is little time to pause. Indiana hosts the Washington Mystics on Sunday at 4 p.m. ET, with the team entering the final games of the regular season focused on its playoff position.
Kelce and the Chiefs also have a busy Sunday ahead. Kansas City is scheduled to face the Indianapolis Colts at 8:20 p.m. ET, meaning both Clark and Kelce will be back in action on the same day.
For now, though, Kelce's four-fire-emoji reaction has added another small connection between the Chiefs star, Clark and the wider fan community surrounding Taylor Swift .
And with Clark continuing to make headlines both on and off the court, even a brief Instagram comment from Kelce was enough to attract plenty of attention.
