Alix Earle sparks romance rumors with Fernando Mendoza making her ex-flame with Tom Brady awkward
One song choice has Raiders fans connecting some very unexpected dots
R aiders fans are losing their minds over the new rumors surrounding Alix Earle. The influencer’s love life is taking center stage, and the people involved could have an awkward connection since they are now linked to the same organization.
A TikTok video posted by Earle has only fueled the speculation, with fans quickly starting to connect the dots. NFL fans on social media have romantically linked the influencer to Raiders rookie quarterback Fernando Mendoza following her recent trip to Las Vegas.
The song choice caught everyone’s attention
Earle shared a video of herself aboard the Fortuna yacht at Carbone Riviera in the Bellagio in Las Vegas. While she appeared to be enjoying herself on the yacht, the song playing over the video was what really caught fans’ attention: ABBA’s “Fernando.”
The song already has a strong connection to Mendoza. It became a viral anthem and stadium chant for the Hoosiers as Mendoza led the team through an undefeated national championship season and won the Heisman Trophy. Mendoza has explained that hearing the song started as an inside joke with friends early in his college days before eventually becoming a rallying cry for the entire fan base.
The theories immediately started to line up. The song, the location and the rumors surrounding Mendoza made the post hard for fans to ignore. Some began wondering if Earle had sent a not-so-subtle message to the Raiders quarterback, with the video quickly going viral.
But the fact that the Raiders are part-owned by Tom Brady adds another layer to the situation given Earle’s history with the former NFL star and Mendoza’s place on the team.
Her Tom Brady connection makes things more awkward
Earle and Brady had a brief romance at the end of 2025 and into the start of 2026. Now, Brady is connected to Mendoza through the Raiders organization, making the rumored link between Earle and the rookie quarterback even more intriguing for fans.
Nothing has been confirmed, but fans found it hard to ignore the coincidence of the song, the location and the timing. The choice of “Fernando” did not go unnoticed, especially after weeks of social media comments linking Earle and Mendoza. For Raiders fans, the unexpected connections between Earle, Mendoza and Brady have turned one TikTok post into a much bigger talking point.
