Rams' Aaron Donald's two-word message to Commissioner Roger Goodell should terrify the rest of the NFL
Donald is back with the Los Angeles Rams for the 2026 season, with another Super Bowl ring in mind.

It's official: Aaron Donald has unretired and is once again a member of the Los Angeles Rams . Donald's return had been teased nearly all offseason, but it finally came to fruition with the season less than two weeks way.
Donald will join Myles Garrett , Matthew Stafford , Puka Nacua , and more stars on a truly stacked Rams roster. At this point, Los Angeles is the overwhelming favorite to win the Super Bowl . Whether that happens or not, though, Donald coming back and dominating at age 35 after over two years out of football would be truly special.
Aaron Donald channels Michael Jordan in return statement
For those doubting whether Donald can do that, his physique in workout videos should say enough. But in case they don't, Donald made sure to make a short but strong statement on the day of his return . He sent a message indicating his return to the NFL to Commissioner Roger Goodell with only two words: " I'm Back ".
Donald marked his return with his first official practice as a Rams member later in the day. The defensive lineman kept things relatively simple, running light drills . It was a walkthrough day for the Rams , although Donald probably wouldn't have gone full blast even if it wasn't.
The Rams ended up giving Donald a one-year contract worth $20 million , that could go all the way up to $30 million with incentives . If it does go all the way up, it means Donald returned to his usual self this season, which would be a major win for the Rams.
