Rob Gronkowski gives his Massachusetts mansion a jaw-dropping upgrade
The new design now includes dedicated entertainment areas, including a s'mores station

Rob Gronkowski built a Hall of Fame-caliber NFL career on big plays, big celebrations, and an even bigger personality. Now, the former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers star is bringing that same energy to his home life.
Gronkowski and longtime partner Camille Kostek recently unveiled a major renovation project at their custom Massachusetts mansion, transforming their backyard into what may be one of the ultimate entertaining spaces in New England.
The upgraded outdoor area features a fully equipped kitchen, expansive gathering spaces, and amenities designed specifically for hosting the couple's large circle of family and friends. For Gronkowski and Kostek, the project wasn't just about luxury.
It was about creating a space that matched the way they actually live. "We just redid the interior of our house, and I felt like the backyard was the next project," Kostek said. "This is the beginning of the transformation of our backyard, and now I'm more excited to host."
From makeshift gatherings to a backyard built for entertaining
Before the renovation, the couple relied on a much simpler setup whenever they hosted guests. According to Kostek , outdoor gatherings often involved ice coolers, a standalone grill, and improvised serving areas scattered around the yard. "We had a lot of ice coolers outside and a standing grill, but we never had a place for everything," she explained.
We had a lot of ice coolers outside and a standing grill, but we never had a place for everything," she explained. The limitations became especially noticeable whenever Gronkowski's massive extended family came to visit. The former Patriots tight end has nine nieces and nephews, and summer gatherings regularly turn into large family events.
The new design now includes dedicated entertainment areas, including a s'mores station located near the property's bonfire space. "Rob has about nine nieces and nephews, and when they all come over in the summer, now we have a s'mores station instead of setting everything up on chairs and on the ground," Kostek said . For a player who spent years bringing crowds to their feet at Gillette Stadium, creating a better space for family gatherings became a natural next step.
Gronk wanted something simple and durable
Anyone who followed Gronkowski's career knows he appreciates efficiency almost as much as touchdowns. The four-time Super Bowl champion admitted that ease of installation played a major role in the couple's decision to partner with RTA Outdoor Living for the project.
"I'm that guy when it becomes difficult, I'm like, 'All right, I'm good with this, I want something that's easy to set up and easy to build,'" Gronkowski said. The former NFL star was impressed by how quickly the project came together.
Having spent most of his NFL career in New England, Gronkowski knows better than anyone how unpredictable the region's weather can be. "Being up here in New England, you've got all types of weather. You've got snow, rain and sleet. It can withstand it all," he said. "It's very sturdy, very durable, and you don't have to worry about replacing products every single year."
A backyard designed around family
The centerpiece of the makeover is a custom outdoor kitchen tailored to the couple's entertaining style. The setup includes two 12-foot islands that separate cooking and gathering areas, creating a natural flow for parties and family events. There is also a dedicated pizza oven station, built-in refrigeration, storage space, an ice chest, and integrated trash compartments.
For Kostek , the design process was almost as enjoyable as the finished product. She also selected design elements intended to connect the outdoor space with the home's recently renovated interior, choosing a white plank-style finish complemented by Thunder White granite and stainless steel features.
The result is a backyard that feels like a seamless extension of the home rather than a separate entertainment area. The renovated backyard sits within one of Gronkowski's most impressive real estate holdings.
The former Patriots star owns a custom-built mansion in F oxboro, Massachusetts , located near the community where he became one of the most beloved athletes in franchise history. The property spans nearly 4,500 square feet and includes five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a swimming pool, and a spa.
