Kylie Kelce liked Jason treating her like an object at the gym… What does she mean by that?
A simple request for workout advice turned into a flirty exchange between the couple

There are plenty of reasons married couples choose not to work out together. In the Kelce household, one of them apparently involves Jason Kelce being unable to focus.
Kylie Kelce opened up about the couple’s gym dynamic during an appearance on Ilona Maher’s new workout series Power Hour, explaining that her retired NFL husband isn't exactly the person she turns to when she wants serious feedback.
Asked whether she and Jason train together, Kylie didn't hesitate: “God, no. I don’t hate myself that much,” she joked.
She then explained that they have worked out together in their garage before, including one session in which she was performing Romanian deadlifts and wanted Jason to check her technique.
“After a minute of me doing it, I was like, ‘Critique my form’,” Kylie recalled. “And he was like, ‘I’m gonna be honest, I’m really distracted.’ And I was like, ‘You’re useless’.”
Kylie not offended by the attention
Maher quickly picked up on what had distracted the former Philadelphia Eagles center and suggested Kylie might need a more neutral training partner.
“You’ve gotta get a third party who’s not gonna objectify you,” Maher joked. “That’s tough to have somebody objectifying you like that in the gym.”
Kylie’s response made clear that she was not particularly bothered: “I actually kind of liked it,” she said with a grin.
The conversation then shifted to whether the attraction goes both ways, and Kylie was equally direct when Maher asked if she objectifies her husband: “1000%, I do,” she replied.
“Because it’s all about equality,” Maher joked. “We’re feminists,” with Kylie replying: “Thank you. Yeah, we’re feminists. Have you seen his shoulders?”
Flirting part of Jason and Kylie’s marriage
The exchange fits with how Kylie has previously described her relationship with Jason. The couple met on Tinder and married in 2018. They now have four daughters, Wyatt, Elliotte, Bennett and Finn .
Earlier this year, Kylie said on her Not Gonna Lie podcast that she expects the flirting to continue even after years of marriage and the demands of raising a family.
“I actually give my husband s**t if he walks past me in the kitchen, doesn’t, like, grab my ass,” she said. “Flirt with me. Imma flirt with you. You better flirt with me.”
That makes the gym story less of an isolated joke and more of a glimpse into the way the couple has kept a playful dynamic alive.
Jason may not be much help when it comes to critiquing Kylie ’s deadlift form. Judging by her reaction, though, she doesn't seem especially interested in fixing that particular problem.
