A $60M real estate deal: A look at three massive properties Aaron Rodgers is selling before retirement
The four-time NFL MVP has listed homes connected to different chapters of his football career

Aaron Rodgers has accumulated more than $400 million in career earnings during his remarkable NFL journey, but the veteran quarterback is now attracting attention for the extraordinary real estate portfolio he is preparing to leave behind.
The Pittsburgh Steelers star has listed three properties with combined asking prices of $58.2 million, raising questions about how he intends to spend his time once his playing career ends.
The homes span California, New Jersey and Wisconsin, reflecting different periods of Rodgers ' career with the Green Bay Packers and New York Jets , as well as his life away from football.
According to Spotrac, the four-time NFL MVP has earned approximately $417.31 million over 22 seasons, providing the financial resources to invest in some of America's most exclusive properties.
Rodgers looks to cash in on Malibu mansion
Rodgers ' most valuable listing is his Malibu beachfront estate, which he purchased for $28 million in 2019 while dating former NASCAR driver Danica Patrick .
Now advertised for $39.5 million, the Mediterranean-inspired property includes a 4,625-square-foot main residence with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, alongside a separate two-bedroom guesthouse.
The luxurious coastal retreat also features a swimming pool, a private deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean and an outdoor fire pit surrounded by seating.
The listing describes the property as capturing "the essence of California coastal living through architectural refinement, privacy, and an effortless connection to the Pacific."
If the house sells for its asking price, the transaction would represent an $11.5 million increase over Rodgers ' original purchase price, before expenses.
Spectacular Manhattan skyline views
Another significant property is Rodgers ' contemporary mansion in Cedar Grove, New Jersey, which is being offered for $15 million.
The quarterback acquired the estate for approximately $9.5 million in 2023 after leaving Green Bay to join the Jets , creating an impressive residence overlooking Manhattan.
With eight bedrooms, nine-and-a-half bathrooms and a three-car garage, the house also includes a hot tub and sophisticated security technology.
"An extraordinary contemporary estate on the Cedar Grove/Montclair border commanding unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline," the listing states.
Its distinctive glass-and-metal exterior provides panoramic views, while the extensive interior offers enough space for entertaining and private living.
Rodgers prepares to part with Wisconsin retreat
The third home carries considerably more personal history, having served as Rodgers ' primary residence during much of his successful tenure in Green Bay.
Located in Hobart, Wisconsin, the four-bedroom estate has been listed for $3.7 million since November 2025, offering approximately 10,500 square feet of living space.
The property sits on 5.32 acres of landscaped grounds, providing the privacy Rodgers enjoyed while establishing himself as one of the NFL's most accomplished quarterbacks.
Its listing describes a "custom-built all-stone estate" surrounded by secluded greenery, reflecting the quieter lifestyle available away from the football spotlight.
Although Rodgers hasn't publicly connected the sales to a confirmed retirement decision, the listings come as his career approaches its conclusion.
Whether all three properties attract buyers remains uncertain, but their combined asking prices underline the extraordinary wealth Rodgers has accumulated through football.
