Olivia Culpo shows off baby bump as husband Christian McCaffrey returns to 49ers camp
The model and mom gave fans a glimpse of her pregnancy while joining her NFL husband at 49ers training camp
Olivia Culpo is embracing the latest stage of her pregnancy as her husband, San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, returns to football activities.
The 34-year-old model recently gave followers another look at her growing baby bump in an Instagram Story. Culpo posed for a full-length mirror selfie in her walk-in closet while wearing a fitted black maxi dress that highlighted her pregnancy.
She then shared a comparison between her stomach at three months pregnant and its current size, showing just how much her bump has grown.
Culpo also couldn't resist speculating about the baby's gender. Pointing out that her stomach looks more pointed during this pregnancy, she jokingly suggested that it could mean she's expecting a boy.
“Can't wait to meet this lil bb!” she wrote.
The pregnancy marks another major milestone for Culpo and McCaffrey, who are already parents to their daughter, Colette Annalise McCaffrey.
The couple announced in May that they were expecting their second child, sharing the happy news on Culpo's birthday. Their announcement featured intimate family photographs, with Culpo cradling her growing bump while holding Colette .
Their second baby is arriving relatively soon after the birth of their first child, who was born in July 2025.
Culpo balances pregnancy, motherhood and football season
While preparing for her new arrival, Culpo has also been enjoying sweet moments with her one-year-old daughter.
She recently shared a glimpse of herself styling Colette's hair, joking that her home salon accepts payment in “snuggles or full diapers.” In another photo, Culpo held her daughter in front of the mirror while proudly displaying her own bump.
The mother and daughter later joined McCaffrey at 49ers training camp. One photograph showed Colette looking toward her father and tight end George Kittle on the field, giving fans a glimpse of the family's life around McCaffrey's football career.
Culpo has previously spoken candidly about how becoming parents has changed the couple. She said her biggest concern when McCaffrey plays isn't necessarily whether he scores or wins, but whether he comes home healthy.
That perspective has become particularly important as the couple raises a young child while McCaffrey continues his NFL career.
Culpo has also acknowledged how demanding this pregnancy has been while caring for a toddler. After Colette's first birthday, she revealed that she was already in her third trimester, describing herself as exhausted while simultaneously wishing she could slow down and enjoy the fleeting moments of motherhood.
The couple, who began dating in 2019 and married in June 2024, are now preparing for another significant change. Culpo has indicated that she plans to have another C-section, following the birth experience she had with Colette .
