Commanders’ Tyler Owens goes viral after bulldozing Eagles blockers on insane special teams play

Tyler Owens just produced one of the wildest special teams plays you’ll see all season.

The Commanders safety came flying down the field on punt coverage against the Eagles, and apparently decided blockers weren’t going to stop him.

Owens powered straight through multiple Philadelphia players before getting to returner Britain Covey and slamming him to the ground.

The play immediately took off online, with fans stunned by the sheer physicality of it.

And Owens didn’t just make the tackle.

He basically went through everyone Philadelphia put in his way to get there.

The Eagles ultimately won the season opener 24-22, but Owens definitely delivered one of the plays of the game.
